At Angel Coin, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
- The wrong item was received.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or color, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that time, orders may already be in production or fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Angel Coin is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
